Stopping on Newmarket Road: 231 Manchester Piccadilly Gardens, Bradford, Clayton, Droylsden, Newmarket Road, Waterloo, Hartshead, Hurst, Ashton bus station. Also serves rail or Metrolink stops at Ashton and Piccadilly. Half-hourly service (hourly on Sundays)
169 and 168 Ashton bus station, Newmarket Road, Droylsden, Higher Openshaw, Gorton, Burnage, Fallowfield, Chorlton, Withington and Didsbury. Also serves rail or Metrolink stops at Ashton, Belle Vue, Levenshulme and Burnage. Half-hourly service.
Stopping on Cutler Hill Road: 159 Oldham bus station, Chadderton, Werneth, Hollinwood, Failsworth, New Moston, Middleton. Also serves rail or Metrolink stops at Moston. Hourly service Monday – Saturday.
Metrolink and Rail:
The nearest rail station is Ashton-under-Lyne. This is opposite the bus station from which you can catch buses 168, 169 or 231 (see above). The nearest Metrolink (tram) stops are Ashton under Lyne which is next to the bus station from which you can catch buses 168, 169 or 231 (see above) or Failsworth and then the bus 159 to Cutler Hill Road (though it is still a long walk).
